Representative Transactions
- Drafted and negotiated commercial, residential and construction loan documents on behalf of Central Texas community banks and private equity lenders.
- Prepared an Enforceability Opinion Letter to assist in procuring financing for a national brand hotel development.
- Provided counsel and drafted necessary documentation for the formation of Texas business entities, including Limited Liability Companies, Limited Partnerships, and Corporations.
- Represented Colorado-based student housing holding and management company in Landlord-Tenant lease disputes and commercial leases.
- Represented privately-held cookie delivery company in negotiating and finalizing commercial retail leases in Austin, Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Atlanta.
- Prepared formation and governing documents for condominium associations.
- Represented an affordable housing unit developer in obtaining a HUD backed loan to refinance two, projects in excess of $10,000,000 each.
