Brad Compere

  J. Bradley Compere is the Co-Owner and Managing Partner of Compere & Gorman PLLC. Practicing in Texas since 2001, Brad specializes in real estate transactions and has represented investors, developers, lenders, brokers, agents, property managers, homeowners’ associations, business owners and entrepreneurs. In addition to his law practice, Brad owns and operates Capstone Title, a full-service Texas title insurance agency.

Jason Gorman - Partner

Jason Gorman

Jason Gorman is the Co-Owner of Compere & Gorman, PLLC. After graduating from The Ohio State University with a BS in Business Administration specializing in real estate, Jason worked for a commercial developer in the Washington DC area before returning to Ohio to launch a construction and development company and soon after a full service real estate brokerage, all before deciding to pursue his law degree at the University of Dayton School of Law. After graduating and passing both the Ohio & Texas Bar, Jason worked as a Commercial Title Attorney in Cincinnati, Ohio before relocating with his family to Austin, Texas.

Since joining forces with Brad Compere, Jason has represented a wide variety of real estate industry professionals in both commercial and residential transactions. His clients have included developers, landlords, tenants, lenders, investors, brokers, realtors, builders and homeowners.

Jill Murphy - Attorney

Jill Murphy

Jill graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University with a BS in Political Science before moving to New York City to attend law school. From there, she received her law degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007, with concentrations in taxation and family law. While in law school, she completed a judicial internship with the Honorable David B. Cohen in the Civil Court of the City of New York, Bronx County Housing Part. She practiced real estate law in New York City for several years, representing tenants, landlords, cooperative housing corporations and housing development fund corporations. Jill has experience with both residential and commercial transactions as well as litigation. She has litigated cases before the New York County Supreme Court, Appellate Division, First Department, Civil Court of the City of New York and the Surrogates Court of the City of New York. In 2012, Jill and her husband relocated to Austin. In 2016, she obtained her license to practice law in Texas.
